As always is the case in the KHOODEELAAR! Campaign lexicon the use of the term ‘substance’ is in the universal objective sense. So here is Khoodeelaar! noting and reiterating – on this occasion in the UK of the second of the two Eids being observed across the country – that the POVERTY of the UK G Brown ‘administration’ is its deep, deep ignorance and the callousness with which it fakes its every ‘new’ stunt that is then exposed as bereft of all sense, universally, logically, ethically materially and evidentially speaking. On the day when the ‘news’ broke – though we have continuously predicted the MAIN economic paralysis for SIX YEARS now – that another dam in the zone of recovery-fakery built by the imprudent indulgence in debts-accumulation was going bust in Dubai, the GB regime carries on faking it. This is not a case of a one off incidental ore accidental denial. It is the case or even ‘a’ case of monumental stupidity that has no regard for the catastrophic social and international consequences… Creating any facade based on lies fuelled by intent to stay in power cannot be acceptable in democracy. Ooooooooops! It must therefore be a dummocracy. And here is comes Mr Clegg. He has nothing to offer. And nor has his deputy Vince Cable. Cable utters more like an agent of the allegedly ‘decent’ [that term will be examined in relation to Vince Cable and in context, here in due course] wing of the looters Empire… He makes it ‘attractive’. Only to a limited extent. Marginal, diminishing extents. They do not want to learn. Ignorance is bliss. Moving on to look for something else that might ‘show the way’, we find ourselves left in the dark. LEFT in the darkness of the empty British Left. And the left is extinct. Not that the ‘Left’ in Britain EVER existed as an alternative. For it is in fact a brazenly corrupt wing of the alleged socialist ‘alternative’ to the ‘mainstream’ system… When Dubai goes bust, what do the ‘left’ come up with? Nothing. And the left is bankrupt not only on the ‘economic front’, although the ‘area’, ‘discipline’ of economics’ itself is a confection. Without society, without morality, without the universal context, no disciple can either indicate the truth let alone led to the truth. And it is the truth that is absent. Lies built on lies can lead only to more lies. And the ‘British Left’ is in denial; it is lying when it makes selective allegations. It leaves out the main picture and focusses on bits that suit its limited vision. This is clear in its ‘attack’ on the emptiness of Nick Clegg’s Lib Dumbs Party. With the main structures developing at pace, a deluge of Tier 2 contracts is expected to hit the market in the next month or so. A total of 10,000 Olympics contracts are expected to pass through CompeteFor, and more than half of these are yet to come. About 150 Tier 2 deals are expected on the Athletes Village alone. As procurement of specialist contractors for the Olympics project reaches a crescendo, Olympic Delivery Authority head of procurement Morag Stuart faced a barrage of anger from subcontractors at a briefing last week.
Bidders said so many firms were able to score maximum marks through CompeteFor that main contractors were often reduced to picking a shortlist at random.
Other complaints included that contracts disappeared after expressions of interest were submitted, and were even re-advertised after a competition had closed.
One told her: “I’ve come across opportunities on CompeteFor that are empty shells. They are posted, we respond, then two weeks later we get an email saying we didn’t make them – but there was never even any information about what they were.”
Another said: “We have had a lot of bad experiences. The CompeteFor criteria are supergeneric, contractors just fish through the entries and use who they were going to use anyway.”
He added: “We have seen opportunities appear on CompeteFor after we have lost out on them – and we are talking contracts worth millions of pounds.”

The simple answer is that that week in March 2006 was one of several defining moments in the past [almost] 6 years of the KHOODEELAAR! Campaign in defence of the East End of London.
Two practical factors were at play: One the Khoodeelaar! Campaign had just announced final arrangements to actually file High Court action against the then UK Transport Minister Alistair Darling [who would have been sued on 27 March 2006]. Two the 2006 ‘local council elections’ were just over 5 weeks away.
The contextual importance of that time was also linked with and followed from the international publicity the Khoodeelaar! Campaign had achieved in the previous two months.
People in the UK were aware of the Khoodeelaar! Defence of the community in the East End of London as against the powers and the resources of Big Business and of their stooged UK government bureaucracy.
he Khoodeelaar! Intervention in the ‘local council election campaign’ was conducted in such a way that the corrupt clique on Tower Hamlets Crossrail hole-inviting Council read – MISTAKENLY – that Khoodeelaar! was about to take part in the election by FIELDING candidates of its own and thus threatening the petty careers of any number of cliquester-councillors on Tower Hopeless Council. That misreading by the clique was not their only serious mistake. They misunderstood the Khoodeelaar! Campaign and sought to treat it as ‘another campaign’.
By that they meant that Khoodeelaar! was a campaign [any other campaign that the corrupt Council had been used to...] to make petty or any sort of career for its organisers. So the Crossrail hole-inviting Tower Hamlets Council controlling clique tried to stage a coup, trying to bribe certain members of the community. They failed…The Khoodeelaar! Campaign collected organisational and ethical reinforcements and on that basis mounted the constitutional law legal challenge intending to bring out Alistair Darling and force him to answer charges in a Court of law.
One already long standing questions that Khoodeelaar! would have asked Alistair Darling to answer in court was to do with his assertion on record [Hansard 22 February 2005] that the contents of the ‘Crossrail Bill’ that he formally tabled in the UK House of Commons on that date [22 February 2005] were ‘compatible’ with the [European Human Rights] Conventions.
The other key question which Khoodeelaar! had asked, typically exclusively as the evidence shows on the ‘Crossrail hole agenda scam as packaged and passaged through the UK Houses of Parliament’, was to do with Alistair Darling’s mis-use of his powers as the cabinet minister in the UK Govt. in making available £100 Million of UK public money to the Transport for London and the then contrivance CLRL under Section 6 of the particularly corruptly passaged ADDITIONAL legislation the ‘Railways Act 2005’ .[To be continued]

Research showing the benefits of maintaining investment in the Tube, and the consequences of postponing it, has been published today by business organisation London First.
The report illustrates that investment in building Crossrail and modernising the Tube will bring vital extra transport capacity and generate wider economic benefits for the country in the order of £24bn of additional GDP.
On the other hand, the research forecasts increasingly impoverished travelling conditions for Londoners if investment tails off. The projected consequences include unreliability, slower journeys, much more overcrowding and increased congestion on the roads as passengers avoid the Tube.
Other passengers may choose not to travel at all, said the report, reducing recruitment by London employers and inhibiting economic growth.
“This report sets out in graphic terms the absolute necessity to keep investing in London’s transport infrastructure.”

London mayor Boris Johnson said investment must be maintained for both the Tube and Crossrail, as “these two fundamental projects are inextricably linked”. “My commitment to the Tube upgrades and Crossrail is fundamental and unwaivering,” he said.
“This report sets out in graphic terms the absolute necessity to keep investing in London’s transport infrastructure,” said Johnson. “The alternative is sardine-tin travel that will do nothing for Londoners’ quality of life or our city’s reputation.”
Baroness Jo Valentine, Chief Executive of London First, called the Tube “a worn and broken asset”. “With forecast revenues, and taking the cost of maintenance that will be necessary in any case, the upgrade of the Tube more than pays for itself,” she said.
The report draws from data provided by Transport for London and explores the effects of investment on passengers, commuters and the economy.
The passenger experience − snapshot findings:
Without modernisation of the Tube, to give just five examples, during the morning rush hour in 2026:
- Half a million passengers (twice as many as now) will commute in conditions defined as ‘very crowded’ – the equivalent of four or more people in a telephone box.
- The 10 mile journey from Tooting Broadway to Canary Wharf will take almost an hour to complete, due to delays caused by crowding – about a fifth again compared to now.
- The ticket barrier and entrance at Victoria station will beshut every six minutes, for two minutes each time – to maintain safety in the face of severe crowding.
- Every passenger using Bond Street station will have to addan extra 10 minutes to their journey to push their way through overcrowded escalators and platforms.
- Today’s 18 minute, six mile journey from North Acton to Oxford Circus will become almost a half hour trip because ofexcessive station and platform crowding.
- Passengers will suffer in 32°C temperatures, in excess of limits defined in EU regulations for transporting livestoc

Since that election, there has been no evidence of any audit by the people in tower hamlets of the behaviour of those councillors or of that council. The audit cannot take place or if one is attempted it cannot be an effective one without a frame of reference to make sense of the actual behaviour of the councillors. By all independent accounts, the London borough of tower hamlets council has abolished local peoples’ democratic say. On the Crossrail hole bill and the collusion with the promotion of that bill by controlling group councillors. Over the past five years. With not a jot or an iota of their secret contacts with he city of London and the Crossrail hole promoters being made known to the local electors. To the local community in tower hamlets. Who are the controlling group on tower hamlets council loyal to? Answer: to Crossrail hole bill promoters. To big business interests that represent their colluders in the city of London, tower hamlets council is one of the most notorious users of ‘inner cities deprivation funding’ from the uk central government and via the uk central government. Tower hamlets council is not delivering democratic representation to the people in tower hamlets. The controlling group on tower hamlets council has effectively abolished all pretences to local democracy. This is evident in the dishonest and the corrupt way that the controlling group of councillors on tower hamlets council has colluded with the actual interests that are (and have been for the past four years) pushing for the uneconomic Crossrail plan to be given uk parliamentary approval in the Crossrail hole bill. That Crossrail hole bill is currently scheduled to be tokenistically ‘scrutinised’ by a group of mps before Tony Blair pushes it through the two houses of uk parliament making it the ‘Crossrail act’ and thus giving the big business and city of London interests the ‘powers’ to carry out their planned assault on the brick lane London E1 [= London East One] area. The Crossrail hole bill scheme plotters and planners will wreak havoc on the east end community by destroying peoples’ lives, their families and their livelihoods. The Crossrail hole will destroy homes and the spaces and the environment in the brick lane London E1 [= LONDON EAST ONE] area. It will also have long term and immediate destructive effects on the wider parts of the east end. The price the east end of London will pay will not be recoverable. And yet that price need not have to be paid. The fact that the Crossrail hole plan is at all included in the Crossrail hole bill is to do with the undemocratic, the unrepresentative and the untenable role played by the very small but the ‘controlling group’ of councillors on tower hamlets council. They have behaved dishonestly throughout and have done so despite it being pointed out to them by the local community that their behaviour would constitute grounds for several legal claims against them and against the particularly identifiable senior employees in the present tower hamlets council. That state of affairs has existed because there has been no political action within the council or within any of the officially recognised political groups ‘listed’ on the current tower hamlets council to either monitor the conduct of tower hamlet council or to hold the anti-community controlling group of councillors or their colluding employees on the council to proper political account. Any ‘key’ or ‘senior’ employee in the [= London Borough of Tower Hamlets] council (or any of their counterparts acting as a one off contractor or as an agent or ‘representative’ of any duration and acting in the name of the corporate legal entity of the London borough of tower hamlets council ) who is authoritatively and reliably known and or is found to have been engaged in any identifiable or actual conduct or behaviour (whether actively or passively) to conceal from the local community the facts of the [= London Borough of Tower Hamlets] council’s collusion with any agency or agencies in the promotion of the Crossrail hole plan affecting the brick lane London E1 [= London East One] area community or similarly affecting any other part of the borough will be named and their role will be featured in the community audit of tower hamlets council that will be held from time to time. 4. Khoodeelaar the brick lane London E1 [= London East One] area campaign against the Crossrail hole bill will publish – or cause to be published – the key findings of the independent investigation under the auspices of the London community audit network (un-funded and totally party politically and financially independent organisation for the defence of the democratic rights of the people across London) into the collusion by the controlling clique on tower hamlets council in the period 2001 – 2005 (so far) with Crossrail hole plan promoters so far. 5. The publication will take place to give the local community the facts of what the tower hamlets council is being used for and by who and with what negative, devastating consequences to the community and against the welfare, safety and future of the people in the community. 6.
