So far, we have been discussing the fakery in the operations of Boris Johnson. We came to that after finding that the  BBC’s over-hyped and increasingly tired NEWSNIGHT site was carrying an over the top promotion piece about Patience Wheatcroft. We posted a number of updates on Ms PW as we must refer to her in the twitter space. We have also been advising UK CON party man David ‘Dave’ Cameron. And before that we discussed the past 50- years or so of the Communist Party of Great Britain’s [=CPGB] daily, the  Morning Star and  showed why we call it the Morning Scar. .. We have since those posts, noticed that the Daily Mail has carried a piece against the allegedly extreme Leftists in Britain by-lined to that universally adored icon of tolerance, Melanie P. Ms P is entirely predictable and very confused. Also predictably. But the lashing that she gives to what she haphazardly calls extreme leftists leaves out the real culprits. We shall be looking fully at Melanie P in due course and post on what we find. We do not expect that we shall find much for democracy, let alone universal peace and tolerance in what Mel P delivers via the Daily Mail and the BBC.. Incidentally, the P is not intended to spell Purity. It is, if anything, most likely to aid and abet the spelling of Poisonous.. [To be continued]

But ITV London news NEVER told the truth on any occasions about Crassrail. They have now realised that the truth is somewhat impossible. Today’s apology by Tony McNulty as made in the UK House of Commons [Thursday 29 October 2009] only over a part of his dubious expenses claims may be treated by the bureaucracy in the stooged parliament as concluding the matter.

But does that represent ‘closure’ on the question over the integrity, honesty, fitness for democratic purpose that hangs over the stooged MPs and peers?

We ask this because we drew attention to the conduct of Mr McNulty. Not the Daily Telegraph.

Not any ‘mainstream’ or ’sub stream’ UK media.

It was the inner cities, East End of London community defence campaign KHOODEELAAR! as carried by the AADHIKAR Media

We did so because we had  for years observed the role that Tony McNulty had been playing.

We had reason to pay attention to the evidence within the UK Department for Transport or Daft as we have been calling it.

Inside the DAFT was the daft Crossrail scam being cooked. Or halfcocked as we know now.

And Tiny McNulty was in that Department.

He was there during the year before the formal presentation to the UK House of Commons of the ‘CROSSRAIL BILL” by Alistair Darling then Transport [or to our  campaign supporters ‘CrossRail scam Big Business Agenda DAFT’] Minister in the Blair cabinet.

Original information that our campaign obtained showed that Mr McNulty was democratically and ethically highly questionable. Over his role.

That is why we put the question in October 2008 as to whether Gordon Brown was operating in a miniature scheme to expose McNulty to public ridicule.

Of that we had no concrete evidence,. But circumstances and the evidential trends showed to us that McNulty might very well be heading in that direction.

We shall examine  in the next 24 hours the contents of his apology s actually delivered in the House of Commons today  [Thursday 29 October 2009]

London mayor Boris Johnson has announced that developers involved in the regeneration of the Nine Elms area of south London – which stretches from Vauxhall to Battersea Power Station – will be exempt from paying the Crossrail levy.

The Crossrail levy was to be charged on applications for additional office space above 5,000sq ft in London’s “central activities zone” – covering Westminster, parts of Camden, Islington, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, the City, Lambeth, Kensington and Chelsea, and Wandsworth – and the northern Isle of Dogs.

A spokesman for the mayor’s office said it was not yet clear whether the contributions developers would make to the Northern Line extension would be less than, or exceed, the amount paid under the Crossrail levy.

Johnson said that the developers of the scheme – which will include 16,000 new homes and create up to 25,000 new jobs, according to Wandsworth Council – will instead be expected to “pay towards”  the planned Northern Line extension from Kennington through Nine Elms to Battersea.

A spokesman for the Mayor’s office said the method by which the developers would pay for the Northern Line extension was being “worked on”, but he added that it would be “through the planning system, rather than via a business rate”. 

Plans for the regeneration of Nine Elms involve the conversion of almost 200 hectares of derelict and underused land into new communities with green open spaces and new transport links, including a pedestrian and cycle bridge linking Nine Elms to Pimlico and the extension of the Northern Line to Battersea.

Edward Lister, leader of Wandsworth Council, said: “The announcement is a sign of just how committed the mayor is to securing the vital transport improvements that will ensure the success of the whole project.”

Rob Tincknell, managing director of Treasury Holdings UK, which will redevelop Battersea Power Station as part of the Nine Elms regeneration, said he was delighted that the mayor has given such a strong affirmation of the importance of the Nine Elms regeneration to the future of London.

Johnson plans to extend the Northern Line to Nine Elms using an innovative US-style funding tool called Tax Increment Financing (Tif).

Tif allows a local public body to borrow for capital investment in a designated area by securing the loan against the increases in tax revenue expected to be generated by the development of the infrastructure.”

The piece is confirmation that Boris is caught out in the CRASSrole confusion all of his own making… He is now dropping the draconian and the crass demand for CrossRail levy which he had imposed on all and sundry. The news comes on the same day when another web site has published the furious reaction to CRASSrole-player Boris that ‘businesses’ in Kingston are emitting. Boris truly has been crass. Will he now see sense and drop the crass peddling role? We shall be reporting whether he does or not.

Who is this Jo Valentine?

She is a tout for the City of London and Big Business. Her ‘London First’ is in fact a ‘London Lies’ for the elements that use her as their front. Jo Valentine is lying in her peddling claims today [Tuesday 27 October 2009] just as Ken Livingstone lied [who has boasted on BBC Question Time ‘special mayor election edition’ April 2008, of being a liar on 2012 Games hosting bid] about the multi £Billion ‘benefits’ of ‘Crossrail’.

This word ‘benefits’ is the cringe-making lie that has been attached to the word ‘Crossrail’ by the lying agenda setters who are bent on fooling the UK public on their motives as they go about misappropriating and misallocating and mis-using the funds that may be available.

They are lying about transport. They are twisting the facts. They are twisting the evidence. They are twisting the conclusions.  They are lying to grab hold of the money. And they are doing this by deliberately setting out to deceive the ordinary public about what they [these fiddlers, fakers and fabricators] want to do with the public money.

The word ‘Crossrail’ is a distortion.  The true word is transport. But the fakers do not want to use that one.

A second point about Jo valentine is that she knows that things may not be going her way, as mounting debts and the consequent slowness confirm that she was wrong to so ferociously lie for the Big Business CRASSrail scam.

So she has resorted to a ‘new’ trick in the latest ‘research report’

What an outrage!

It is not a research report.

It is the confectors of the Crossrail con getting together and re-phrasing some of their key lies.

The key ‘data’ is taken from Transport for London. In other words from those who peddle CRASSrail.

Not IN THE MAIN from independent, objective sources at all.

They have DISCOVERED the existence of the London Underground network!

Why a manifesto? 

The current tower hamlets council’s controlling group is made up of councillors who got elected without a traceable manifesto in 2002. 

Since that election, there has been no evidence of any audit by the people in tower hamlets of the behaviour of those councillors or of that council. The audit cannot take place or if one is attempted it cannot be an effective one without a frame of reference to make sense of the actual behaviour of the councillors. 

By all independent accounts, the London borough of tower hamlets council has abolished local peoples’ democratic say. 

On the Crossrail hole bill and the collusion with the promotion of that bill by controlling group councillors. Over the past five years. With not a jot or an iota of their secret contacts with he city of London and the Crossrail hole promoters being made known to the local electors. To the local community in tower hamlets. 

Who are the controlling group on tower hamlets council loyal to? 

Answer: to Crossrail hole bill promoters. 
To big business interests that represent their colluders in the city of London, 

tower hamlets council is one of the most notorious users of ‘inner cities deprivation funding’ from the uk central government and via the uk central government. 

Tower hamlets council is not delivering democratic representation to the people in tower hamlets. The controlling group on tower hamlets council has effectively abolished all pretences to local democracy. 

This is evident in the dishonest and the corrupt way that the controlling group of councillors on tower hamlets council has colluded with the actual interests that are (and have been for the past four years) pushing for the uneconomic Crossrail plan to be given uk parliamentary approval in the Crossrail hole bill. 

That Crossrail hole bill is currently scheduled to be tokenistically ‘scrutinised’ by a group of mps before Tony Blair pushes it through the two houses of uk parliament making it the ‘Crossrail act’ and thus giving the big business and city of London interests the ‘powers’ to carry out their planned assault on the brick lane London E1 [= London East One]  area. 




The Crossrail hole bill scheme plotters and planners will wreak havoc on the east end community by destroying peoples’ lives, their families and their livelihoods. 

The Crossrail hole will destroy homes and the spaces and the environment in the brick lane London E1 [= LONDON EAST ONE]  area. 

It will also have long term and immediate destructive effects on the wider parts of the east end. 

The price the east end of London will pay will not be recoverable. 

And yet that price need not have to be paid. 

The fact that the Crossrail hole plan is at all included in the Crossrail hole bill is to do with the undemocratic, the unrepresentative and the untenable role played by the very small but the ‘controlling group’ of councillors on tower hamlets council. 

They have behaved dishonestly throughout and have done so despite it being pointed out to them by the local community that their behaviour would constitute grounds for several legal claims against them and against the particularly identifiable senior employees in the present tower hamlets council. 

That state of affairs has existed because there has been no political action within the council or within any of the officially recognised political groups ‘listed’ on the current tower hamlets council to either monitor the conduct of tower hamlet council or to hold the anti-community controlling group of councillors or their colluding employees on the council to proper political account.

Khoodeelaar the brick lane London E1 [= London East One]  area campaign against the Crossrail hole bill will monitor the behaviour of the ‘key’ employees in the [= London Borough of Tower Hamlets]  council in relation to the above and will put in place a system whereby any violating behaviour by any employee of the [= London Borough of Tower Hamlets]  council is first drawn to attention of the employees themselves for rectification failing which the implications of the behaviour will be drawn to the public attention of the local community in tower hamlets. 

3. Any ‘key’ or ‘senior’ employee in the [= London Borough of Tower Hamlets]  council (or any of their counterparts acting as a one off contractor or as an agent or ‘representative’ of any duration and acting in the name of the corporate legal entity of the London borough of tower hamlets council ) who is authoritatively and reliably known and or is found to have been engaged in any identifiable or actual conduct or behaviour (whether actively or passively) to conceal from the local community the facts of the [= London Borough of Tower Hamlets]  council’s collusion with any agency or agencies in the promotion of the Crossrail hole plan affecting the brick lane London E1 [= London East One]  area community or similarly affecting any other part of the borough will be named and their role will be featured in the community audit of tower hamlets council that will be held from time to time. 

4. Khoodeelaar the brick lane London E1 [= London East One]  area campaign against the Crossrail hole bill will publish – or cause to be published – the key findings of the independent investigation under the auspices of the London community audit network (un-funded and totally party politically and financially independent organisation for the defence of the democratic rights of the people across London) into the collusion by the controlling clique on tower hamlets council in the period 2001 – 2005 (so far) with Crossrail hole plan promoters so far. 

5. The publication will take place to give the local community the facts of what the tower hamlets council is being used for and by who and with what negative, devastating consequences to the community and against the welfare, safety and future of the people in the community. 

6. Khoodeelaar the brick lane London E1 [= London East One]  area campaign against the Crossrail hole bill will ask each councillor to make an immediate and public and fully factual and comprehensive statement on their own understanding and preferences on the Crossrail hole bill attack on the brick lane London E1 [= LONDON EAST ONE]  area especially in view of the fact that those councillors who were each given a personally addressed copy of all the relevant questions and analyses by the = CBRUK  – khoodeelaar ! Campaign between march 2004 and may 2004 have failed to make any comment to the community about what they (these councillors) think about the Crossrail hole attack plan on the community. Many of the same councillors are already known to be included as candidates for the scheduled may 2006 election to the tower hamlets council.

This khoodeelaar ! Manifesto is a programme of action that the party publishing it will implement in office following an ordinary election. Here, the khoodeelaar campaign is not necessarily fielding candidates for election to the tower hamlets council at the scheduled may 2006 local council election. This manifesto is an advance guidance for observance by those who will seek election to the tower hamlets council and the terms of this manifesto will form the full set of references against which the conduct of the elected councillors will be audited by the community generally and by the khoodeelaar! Khoodeelaar! The economic, the analytical, the evidential, the environmental, the ethical campaign against “the agenda of the Crossrail scam.” has shown that the phrase ‘Crossrail will bring benefits.” is as crass, as corrupt, as untrue as the rest of the claims its touts and peddlers have made about the scam. We have shown that the Big Business looters who contrived the scam as part of their looting propgramme have NEVER understood the factors that in fact are at play in the inner city East End of London. We have shown over the past five years and eight months, plus, [Saturday 31 January 2004 to today Sunday 25 October 2009] that the East End of London was being FURTHER deprived by the peddlers of CrossRail who also peddled the 2012 Games Hosting scam. That BOTH are ploys to BRING INTO the East End operatives and operators who can then gain newer footholds and take over the area and deprive the inner city East London communities even more.  The politics of the ‘mainstream’ parties at the weekend in the UK have not brought about any change in the role of these parties. They are ‘led’ by varieties of stooges who are in hock to the real forces of the Military Industrial complex that is in fact dictating the agenda of the UK ‘political economy’. The bankruptcy of the ABSENCE of opposition is the core reason why there is unending and increasing deprivation in areas like the East End of London… Add to those the perennially ‘hot’ [that is bought by the 'masses' who are manipulated at all times] issue of ‘immigration’ and dissect the revelation this weekend that there has been a deliberate policy of actively brining in poor people from other countries and from other continents into the UK and then you find how corrupt, how callous and how dishonest the ‘ministers’ have been. The abysmal failures of the 2012 Games Hosting bureaucracy cobbled together by an assortment of time-serving self-seekers in the name of the UK to produce accountability to the UK public continue unabated. Not one day passes without  new [or, rather, updated] evidence emerging that shows that Ken Livingstone’s grotesque boast, allowed by David Dimbleby on the BBC Question Time in April 2008, to the effect that the 2012 bid had been based on Livingstone’s lying to the world, was not a one-off disgrace. In his bragging about lying for the London bid on the 2012 Games, Livingstone ‘explained’ to the audience of that ‘special mayoral edition’ of the BBC ‘Question Time’ that  he had lied because telling the truth would not get the 2012 Games hosting to London ! He ‘added’ a really obscene note and said that his LYING was the only way to ‘regenerate’ the East End of London. He meant DEGENERATE. He could have only meant further DEGENERATE…. Ken Livingstone’s lying career has been built on that trait: his facility with lying. And the running ‘mystery’ as to why the mainstream media continue to allow the liar to lie on. It is no mystery at all, when the evidence of the media behaviour and the agenda underlying it is assessed. Objectively. Universally. And in the context of decades of behaviour by the media. No organisation is more topical and more typical of the mainstream UK media than the BBC. The Corporation’s boasts on Thursday 22 October 2009 as shown to be uttered by current deputy Director General Mark Buford, that they were allowing a particular member of a particular organisation to make an appearance on the same programme [separated by 17 months from its April 2008 edition featuring the lying Ken Livingstone] had been solely linked with the BBC’s commitment to ‘impartiality’ was as untruthful and fraudulent as the same Corporation’s blanket suppression of MOST news, views and information over the decades. It was no surprise they
