Appearing on a vulgar prancing stage with the ‘Undone mayor’ and Crossrail hole plotter Big Business tout Ken Lyingstill Livingstone is a mark of decadence and slide towards immorality that even Gordon Brown must find unedifying… He could not have raised his left arm aloft voluntarily [despite the plastic look of trying to be affable and not quite succeeding] to the pleadings of the careerist, egotist slime-spreading Livingstone…. This is the last such opportunity we are procedurally
able to offer you. We are scheduled to make our formal
presentation of the objections to the Crossrail hoe
Bill to the legislative House of Lords on Wednesday
and therefore we need to make the relevant documentary
information available to the House of Lords office
concerned in the next 10 hours.
We are relying on and communicating this with
reference to ALL the statutes, rules, SiSs [Statutory
Instruments] and other
constitutional instruments that positively apply to
your role as the Secretary of State concerned and I
the context of our constitutional, democratic and
ECHR-aided objections to the draft piece of
legislation concerned.
We are, in particular, relying on
the ECHR, the RRA 1976, the Race Relations [Amendment]
Act 2000, the Human Rights Act 1998 and are assuming
that you are fully, actively and honestly aware of
and manifestly and demonstrably respectful of all your
legal, constitutional and democratic duties,
obligations, responsibilities in this context.
We are copying this to the chief executive of the
London Borough of Tower Hates Council.
We are assuming, reasonably and on the facts, that Mr
Martin Smith will do his utmost to abide by the
constitutional duties and to provide the information
in time to the Khoodeelaar! organisation today.
We need you, Ruth Kelly MP, SoS at the DfT, UK, to
provide all the answers to all our questions
[including Freedom of Information Act ‘formal
requests’ reminders, updaters, clarifiers and other
relevant and constitutional communications from

If Brown does not scrap the CRASS rail scam then that failure or refusal will only reinforce the view that he has not got the democratic power to represent the truth as against the dictates of Big Business of which Crossrail is the current symbol and evidence…By boosting the pockets of crooks that are allowed to pose as ‘elected’ holders of publicly-paid for posts that are then employed solely to undermine local people and to impose the agenda of Big Business and their stooged operatives masquerading as agents of [the allegedly ‘democracy-mandated’] [and even more ridiculously: democratically signalled] UK central Government, the operators and the implementers of the “Blaired Regime Fronted by Gordon Brown” are only digging an even deeper hole for the consignment of their own petty careers … and for the creation of worse problems for society than any of the scripted sermons as delivered by the ridiculously light-weight performer Gordon Brown has shown to be able to foresee or recognise…POVERTY-Creation, jobs-loss, democracy-denial and the undermining of the environment are and have been the key features of the regime centrally and its repercussions being felt regionally and in the inner cities localities…… these are going to get even more difficult for the perpetrators and their masters and agenda-setter-mistresses to justify in the context of universally applicable and recognised and upholdable and valid and desirable Values than has been the case so far… How can it be a ‘Labour Goivernement’ – to paraphrase the idiotic utterance in the 1980s by that stupidest of ‘leader’ Neil Kinnock – that is dismantling the almost plausible institutions of pro-democratic society that were built after centuries of battles and struggles? How can the player of the pathetic sermons-sounding scripts confected by agents of Big Business even imagine that his ploys have not been seen through? How can he ‘preside’ [!!!!
