1730 Hrs GMT London Thursday 20 March 2008: Khoodeelaar! No to Crossrail hole Bill CAMPAIGN telling Gordon Brown that YET AGAIN he [Gordon Brown] has lost his ‘prudent’ clothes! Appearing on a vulgar prancing stage with the ‘Undone mayor’ and Crossrail hole plotter Big Business tout Ken Lyingstill Livingstone is a mark of decadence and slide towards immorality that even Gordon Brown must find unedifying… He could not have raised his left arm aloft voluntarily [despite the plastic look of trying to be affable and not quite succeeding] to the pleadings of the careerist, egotist slime-spreading Livingstone…. [To be continued]… Unless of course Gordon Brown has lost more of his thinking cells since he made public his lack of intellectual rigour in October 2007.. It was then that Brown played to the tunes of Big business and their touts, typified by the conniving and the irresponsible Ken Livingstone.,.. As even Channel 4 News pointed out at the time, Gordon Brown’s playing second fiddled to the Big Business.. This is the last such opportunity we are procedurally
able to offer you. We are scheduled to make our formal
presentation of the objections to the Crossrail hoe
Bill to the legislative House of Lords on Wednesday
and therefore we need to make the relevant documentary
information available to the House of Lords office
concerned in the next 10 hours.
We are relying on and communicating this with
reference to ALL the statutes, rules, SiSs [Statutory
Instruments] and other
constitutional instruments that positively apply to
your role as the Secretary of State concerned and I
the context of our constitutional, democratic and
ECHR-aided objections to the draft piece of
legislation concerned.
We are, in particular, relying on
the ECHR, the RRA 1976, the Race Relations [Amendment]
Act 2000, the Human Rights Act 1998 and are assuming
that you are fully, actively and honestly aware of
and manifestly and demonstrably respectful of all your
legal, constitutional and democratic duties,
obligations, responsibilities in this context.
We are copying this to the chief executive of the
London Borough of Tower Hates Council.
We are assuming, reasonably and on the facts, that Mr
Martin Smith will do his utmost to abide by the
constitutional duties and to provide the information
in time to the Khoodeelaar! organisation today.
We need you, Ruth Kelly MP, SoS at the DfT, UK, to
provide all the answers to all our questions
[including Freedom of Information Act ‘formal
requests’ reminders, updaters, clarifiers and other
relevant and constitutional communications from
Khoodeelaar! that have contained questions or have
implied questions] to you [ the ‘you’ here refers to
you Ruth Kelly and to all the other holders of the
post of Secretary of State at the DfT in the period
